CP - yes you did. BUT it seems andré may be right also, she has just sent me a pdf file on Roses (UK) and TD is nowhere to be seen. Are we blessed or what?

Mo - most soft centres are icky, esp the pink ones.

Rose - Perth has no cadbury's factory, at least I don't think it has...em?

em - i should have known better than to have questioned you as we all know how very clever you are and your superior knowledge on everything that life on this planet has to offer us, including TD. Sorry, it will never happen again...well not today anyway...

rofl Billy - will take your apology!! Cadbury's has a factory in Perth but it only makes icecream (yum!)(known as Peter's icecream). All our chocolate comes from the eastern states.

font of all knowledge - your brain is huge and makes me realise how I lack the sufficient brain matter to understand life's unending mysteries...where is this factory that I may learn more about yum?

...btw em, i bought the tablets then promptly forgot them, nothing several champers and a male stripper couldn't fix, forgot I was on a boat altogether.

Thanks, Becky,Hugh,CP,angie,MizTricia and Lindy, we seem to agree that midnight is the end of the day. I had to pay a government organisation, and paying after the due date meant losing a $700+ early payment discount. I tried to pay early but the website was down for scheduled maintenance (no prior More...

Susan, you're right, why would say that a bill is due by a certain date then expect the bill to be paid the day before. Stick to your guns, the decision that midnight is the beginning of the day probably has been made by some jumped-up low level public servant.

Thanks, Hugh! I've fired off a few nice but assertive letters to the appropriate people, and I don't give up easily. In the end, (and those letters won't be the end of it if doesn't go my way) if they don't back down, the repercussions for me are too high not to. Time for bed, 4 days to go until the 10 day Easter holidays.

AMELIA, your comments about mowing lawns before guests for Easter brings back a long ago memory. When my children were young, the Saturday before EASTER, thier father decided our very large grassy area needed mowing, before family arrived for Easter dinner the following day. As he is getting out More...
