Hello Mary - yes, one whole year, it doesn't seem possible.
Yes, Billy, I still have recurring nightmares about that mattress, that's what causes all my lack of sleep problems. As I doze off I feel that the mattress is engulfing me and I can't breathe!

Eve - we also have our 20-year old daughter at home and going to school.

Jamie - you're "eating South Beach"? Lots of roughage in that sand! hehehehe! Seriously, most people do well on South Beach, but I'm more of a low-fat dieting kind of person. It's better for my innards. Eliminating (or reducing) fats, red meats and sweets does me a world of good. So - for the forseeable future - no steaks, no fried foods and - gasp - NO CHOCOLATES for me!!!!

Eve - maybe it's just me. But you're the only one without an avatar on my screen! Your "Eve" avatar showed up on previous pages, but there's just a red X in a box where your avatar should be on this page.

Jane - I knew somebody would comment on my "diet" of sand! I am fine with most of it, I just LOVE potatoes and sweets (NOT together).
Eve must belong in the naughty corner for something if her avatars are missing for this long. I also saw here Eve avatar at times, but no others.

Jamie - I mentioned earlier that perhaps Gath has made this a "low-cal" site now and deleted Eve's strawberry pie avatar. Good thing, too, for the sake of our diets, eh? Maybe she could have a carrot stick avatar.

Ok, guys, don't talk about me. I'm off to the the "hard" puzzle. I'm waaaaaaaaay behind schedule today!

Nope! There are a couple of "Eve" avatars, but all the rest of your messages have boxes with red X's.

What avatar are you using now? I'm getting a blank for that one, too. It's funny, because I see everyone else's but yours. Jamie indicated awhile back that he wasn't seeing yours either.

Eve - It's probably psychological. Since Jamie and I are both dieting, we're probably subconsciously blocking the pie image!

Judy - how are things in San Diego? How long do you think it will take for things to get back to normal - more or less?

For what it's worth, Eve, the "Eve" avatar is the only one of yours I have seen at all. The others, as Jane says, are just a red "X" in a box where the avatar should be. I think CG is just pulling your leg. (hehehe)
