It's OK. I don't see it becoming a problem this time.

Learn something new everyday....

'Stewardesses' is the longest word
typed with only the left hand.

And 'lollipop' is the longest word typed
with your right hand.
(Bet you tried this out mentally, didn't you?)

Shosho, what are you doing back at work! Weren't you told to stay home? You'll just drag your feet for a long time - the Christmas break is too far away! Take care!

Rolanda, my #2 son is just finishing his VCE. Has 2 exams tomorrow - both big ones - Physics and Legal Studies. Starts his 2nd exam at 3:00pm! Don't know how they manage with those really late exams. Good luck to your boys - hope they go well.

Thanks Mariane. Good Luck with your #2 son.

Both my boys have exams tomorrow. #1 son's 3rd and last at 10.00am, and #2 son's 2nd (not sure what time that is) ~ he has the final 2 next week.

No word in the English language rhymes with
month , orange, silver, or purple.

' Dreamt' is the only English word that ends in the letters 'mt'.
(Are you doubting this?)

Not at all, Mo, this is fascinating! I'm noting all this down. Stewardesses/lollipop - yep, you're right!

April is the fourth month,
Not the tenth or millionth.

GMo;
That means that a virtuoso can type 'lollipop' and 'stewardesses' at the same time.
Could the keyboard cope?!
What would the result be?
10/Nov/09 9:45 PM
 |  |

wrong Ian - month and millionth don't rhyme - check your dictionary for the phonetics. Although maybe in Boston they do...

Thanks Angie - both for the avatar I have now put into use, and also for explaining that it was you who finally prepared it.
It was vous.
thanks thanks twice but not typed simultaneously!

Fiona: They rhyme if you spell millionth as milliunth!
10/Nov/09 9:58 PM
 |  |

or mill-yunth! or as in Scotland, they say mull yunth; It gets worse!
10/Nov/09 10:04 PM

As a month April is always fourth -
whether east or west or south or north.
10/Nov/09 10:13 PM
 |  |

...if you're English English, of course!
10/Nov/09 10:23 PM

Rayray, you'd have to spell the other word 'munth', wouldn't you?
