If anyone is interested in my neck of the woods the Tour de France arrives on the 13th and leaves on the 16th - should be on most sporting channels - pretty pics of muscular calves and thighs, and a few images of the area - something for everyone, n'est-ce pas?!

Eve - when we were at Calistoga, we visited the Chateau Montelena winery. I liked the cabernet so much that I bought a case of it. It was about $13 a bottle back then..........The last time I checked, it was about $40 to over $100 depending on the vintage.

Oh, and Shosho, that particular girls' outing wasn't a college-chum group. We were (and still are) friends dating back to Brownie Scout days in Crystal Lake, Illinois! Next year we'll all be attending our 50th (gasp!) high school reunion!
