CP fron Canberra - I don't blame the nursing staff one bit. It's the system, where staff are overworked and unable to perform to their best ability, poor conditions in hospitals etc, the list goes on.... Hugh, my daughter is a nurse in a hospital here in California. What you describe sounds very similar to conditions here. Hospitals are getting bought up by corporations that are way more interested in profit than in health. That doesn't make for very good working conditions.
