Mary, mymare ... now that we're back from Lansing, I have bread toasting for BLTs for a late American (early European) supper. Not as good as for breakfast, but BLTs are good any time. Thanks for the great idea.

Oh, here's a really risque girlie picture!!!

I had my A in some guacamole with lime-flavored corn chips. A nice side to the BLT. Added the squeezed out lime halves to a glass of ice water. A perfect summer supper.

Well, I think I've done the hardest thing I intend to do today, made some LSA to sprinkle on my breakfast cereal. Two great big jars made and in the 'fridge.
This afternoon I'm meeting to friends who I don't see very often, for a coffee in town.

WHOOPS! Whoops, that happens to be "two" friends I'm meeting in town. Whatever happened to the wobbleyou.

I just realised that people might think I made a FFS error but no, I didn't. LSA is linseed (flax seed) sunflower seeds and almonds ground up together and can be sprinkled on just about any food.
