I have finally mastered the making of my iced soy chai -- after many attempts to make it at home - just like Starbucks -- the simple act of just pouring in equal amounts of soy and chai - produced a great outcome --

Hi All...Sounds like a beautiful day has dawned in lots of areas, its a return to the heat and humididy here, but the break was nice...It is summer in this part of the world after all.

humidity...not humididy...altho the way it feels with temps in the high 80's (f) I guess it really doesn't matter much how I spell it, like a rose by any other name...it can be just as bad...or something like that...lol.
