Two of the answers to today's puzzle are more than 4 letters! Vici has had enough coffee to realize this. Obviously, the person who made up the puzzle was caffeine deprived.
20 lashes with a wet noodle for me....

And Judy has been knocking back the Maxwell House, too!

I don't know if I had enough coffee yet, Kath...just having trouble solving the puzzle because it took me awhile to realize this.

Today is Travel Day. Tomorrow is Dentist day, so I have to go down to the "home place". Should get back to "the other place" Tuesday or Wednesday (U.S.).

Morning! All quiet here on the southern front. Maybe folks have gone back to work today since I appear to be the first Aussie up and posting on this page.

Thought Mr P was back at work today but turns out he's still got about 10 days to go.

I chose to have today off work since hubby has the day off as well. What a bad move that was. It's going to be 36C here today and with the humidity it should be stinking hot. To really add fun to today we can't go in the pool either. Hubby super-chlorinated it yesterday to remove the algae.
I think we need to head to the nearest shopping centre for the air-con.

We arrived home yesterday from delightfully cool Albany to HOT Perth 42.9C (109.2F)
Today's expected temp is 41F. Thank goodness for Airconditioners !!
Currently (at 6.35am) 28.9C (84F)

Up to my post where I said: Let me explain again...
The original puzzle on page 1 stated that all the answers were 4 letter words. THEY ARE NOT. 2 of them are 5 letter words.
BUT, the one everyone is having trouble with, IS a 4 letter More...
