I am worried about Greg. He has not posted here since 13 Feb. He generally sends out St. Pats day messages to all his friends in his Email list and I have not had one this year. Sent him an Email but it has not been opened.

Good Maen, good people. June. I've been missing Greg, too. Especially as he's not on TOS.

Since I've visited Greg in Ottawa, I know his phone #, so I just tried to call him. No answer, so I left a message asking him to let us know if he's OK. I'm worried, too.

I noticed Greg's absence, too. I sent him an e-mail, but haven't heard back. Yes, it's worrisome.

I see what you mean about put-putt, Keith. But, that's okay....it gave my old brain a work out anyway! And there was no way I ever would have thought of ''streek''. I had the ''streak'' part, though.
Thanks for your efforts!

Greg Whelan advises that he has been hospitalized for the past several weeks and is recuperating from some vascular surgery. His recovery is going well with appropriate rehab. He may be in hospital for another several weeks, however and will be touch when he returns home. Meanwhile, he wishes all, ' A Happy St. Patrick's Day.'

I was so eager so see the answers, but had errands to do after being snow bound for several days - now I'm back & see where I went astray!  'Streak' was my only answer for #5 but had no idea streek was a word; was so focused on all the others I never once considered checking if it had a meaning - More...

Morning all, it would have been nice to let us know where the holiday was. I thought Greg was being very quiet especially when the Canadian golfer Adam Hadwin won the golf last week. Hope you are back with real soon, Greg. ❤️

I'm glad to hear that Greg is on the mend. We hope you will be out of hospital and doing the things you enjoy very soon.

Well done to Keith for a poozl;e that stretched the minds of many of us. Might we see such poozles on a regular basis? I hope we can.

This week's Saturday poozle is 1&3 poozle. I hope it gives as much fun as Keith's did, but doesn't keep Kathy awake for too long.

I am so pleased to know Greg is OK. I was quite worried. Have a quick and complete recovery Greg.
After Suzy from Oz (Suzy posts regularly in SA 11 but I do not think she has posted on easy for a while) lost her husband last week when he went into hospital to have a kidney removed I am very concerned about all my Sudoku friends.

Word to the wise: There are some typos and booboos in Wombat's 1&3 today. Quite solvable despite that, and fun as usual.

I think that Sarah has missed the point that you need to provide the letters in Column B, from the list at the bottom of the page.
There are 3 mistakers in Column E though
DOG'S HOME should be NEL,
TERN should be IENCE and
BLE should be SIBLE
Sorry about that. Peter has solved it without any help, so Sarah is right about that.

Being a vascular/cardiac patient m'self with the scars to prove it, I'm pulling for ya Greg. Best advise - do what they tell you when they turn you loose.

I must have been having a really bad day, I copied out the wrong list of letters for column B. They should have been
A A A A C E E I I I I L O O O O O O R R -R U U U U. I'll try and repost the poozle, without any mistakes this time.
