christine, I must agree. I tried grits with an open mind...but only once. I think they are one of those aquired tastes, or maybe you had to grow up with them.

your flan recipies are to complicated;here is one much much much easier
caramel:
16 tbsp sugar
8 tbsp water
boil it till caramelized, coat pan and let it cool
cake:
4 cups milk (skim can be used)
8 eggs
peel of 1/2 lemon
12tbsp sugar
boil milk with lemon peel and 1/2 More...

Thanks Judy. It is a nice quiet little town, has stayed around the same population for years, and I hope it stays that way. The teens here do complain that there's nothing to do, but it seems to me that's the point.

Back again. Just checking to see the interesting levels. Not up to my high standards yet, infact quite some way to go. Seems very peaceful, and nice, or noice, depending on breeding and up-bringing. I certainly prefer nice, but have, on occasions, been noice to people who are, indeed noice.

7:59~ that is most exciting! considering yesterdays puzzle i did online for the first time was at 19 minutes. seems i cut it in half, so maybe i'll keep getting better. thanks for yesterdays messages from JUDY and BILLY, and anyone else who responded.
