Heidi it is coming back to me.
The Queen's men were painting the roses because they had planted ones of the wrong colour. I think (I may be wrong) the Queen ordered the decapitations as much because they had planted the wrong roses as that they were painting them.

The original distribution of the data set will likely be a Poisson distribution - always a bit hard to cope with by conventional methods.

It is usually mid afternoon in Australia when people have plenty else to do, and USA and Europe sleeps. If we had more members living in Pacific islands, South Asia, Middle East, we would better cover the 24 hours. Another factor is that it is better to keep quiet when you have nothing to say.

Another reason I believe is that not everyone yet has broadband. They are therefore tied by time and costs. I like the gaps from time to time. I like to think everyone is using this down time to come up with literary gems, or Greg-type jokes or Rayray poems. We all need time to charge our batteries. I'm off to plug mine in before I face a trip to Lidl.
