Thanks Rose.
He (Son #2) hasn't quite got the license yet, but we are getting closer!!. Now he has to log 25 hours of Supervised Driving before they had him the License and the P Plates.
(It took 3 months for Son #1 to log the 25 hours)

I bet the 20 gms loss is just a little blip on the radar and once you get there and she has you on tap I am sure she will thrive.

Rola - head out to Albany, Bec wiped out 10 hrs off her log book in 48 hours...granted she did hit a mallee root at high speed, took out two tyres, drove in a storm - at night...but think of the experience she gained? Huge bonus is meeting up with Anne! There are very good tyre repair people in Albany too.

Billy, the thought did cross my mind to go down to Albany, stay with relatives and visit Anne .. as well as visiting an Aunt in Mandurah...
With his Uni Hours, working on Saturdays, it does make it hard to find the time to make any big trips ....
Uni does have a 2 week break at Easter... hoping to do lots of supervising driving

Happy birthday to Graeme! I'll try to blow him the storm we have threatening. Rain might be the best present.
Rose, hang in there. It won't be long now!
Rola - great news. That must have been a real confidence booster for him.

Rola, I wasn't offering to catch them myself!! Last I heard, that was Beehive Greg's department. Maybe he could use Beatrice's 4WD to spot them.

2:10. I can't complain about others putting up pet photos, I've done it myself. They do get a bit repetitive though. Give me Ian's collection any day!

Susan, all we need now are the two B's to come to the party.......boys !!!!
How was your boy's first week at Uni go. Mine seems quite happy, his brother has him volunteering to do computer mentoring starting next week.

That poor dog looks like it is having a bad hair day!
Hope everyone is having a fun day. I went to an exercise class on Wednesday night, oldest by at least 20 years, but thought I would try and keep up with them. 4.30 Friday afternoon, just out of bed for the first time since.....

Two elderly women were out driving in a large car. Both could barely see over the dashboard. As they were cruising along, they
came to an intersection. The stoplight was red but they just went on through.

The woman in the passenger seat thought to herself, 'I must be losing More...

My 44th Anniversary today.....

Yeah! I did the bloke thing and waited to see if my wife would remember.. sure 'nuff, she sent me an email at work to remind me.

Avatars - I found Jan/BC had the best advice (on page 3). It certainly solved my problem - each time I tried to contract my avatar to 50 x 50 it always came out 49 x 50 and was rejected. I tried Jan's solution and it worked like a dream.

An Australian Aboriginal goes into a brothel in Amsterdam one night and finds himself a prostitute. He asks, 'How much do you charge for da hour, bro?'

He says 'Okay, do you do Aboriginal style?'

She says 'No!'

'I'll pay you $200 to do it More...

A Fishy Tale

A bloke's wife goes missing while holidaying on the Australian coast while they were diving. He reports it to the police & spends a terrible night wondering what could have happened to her.

My husband was going to get me crocodile shoes. He hunted down a crocodile, caught it, fought it like a Trojan for an hour. Was nearly killed himself, but eventually slay the beast, grabbed it's foot, and no bloody shoes. A great disappointment!

My hubby and both kids have just driven off to go to a Karate tournament. It's now 5.45pm and they wont be back until 11pm or so. I feel like a 15 year old who's parents have agreed to leave home by themselves for the first time. Come on .....party.........................
