Greg, I'd love one of those double chocolate fudge beavertail pastries - thanks. It was just a little more than one year ago that you delivered my first one to my page as a "housewarming" gift! Hope I get to try a REAL one someday!

Hi Suzanne! Long time no see! How'd you like to come back to FL for another SA meeting? Debby from Michigan may be coming down late in Jan. to visit her parents, & I told her & Carol from Punta Gorda maybe we could cook up some plans. When is your cruise coming up?

Wonderful photo! My vote for a chocolate candy bar is the Good Ol' Hershey. The Dark Hershey is very good also, but the regular Hershey bar is the best! I love Hershey Syrup on my vanilla ice cream also.....

Kathy/Valrico - I read the book "Chocolat" several years ago and enjoyed it. Of course, we then had to borrow the movie from the Library.

to all those celebrating EID AL ADHA today or still celebrating from yesterday. We are in the midst of the Holiday Season. The word "Holiday" comes from "Holy Day" - this is definetly a season of Holy Days - for Jewish, Christian & Islam.

In honor of the EID AL ADHA and all the Holy Days, the video just uploaded is:

"I BELIEVE" performed by ENGELBERT HUMPERDINCK

It is interesting that yesterday's video skit was entitled, I Believe, and as you listen to the words you will think of Gath and his little announcement the other day. This is for everyone.

Hi Suzanne. I am learning the Dobro and the fiddle. I also play the piano, Mountain Dulcimer and the Bowed Psaltery. I play in a small Mountain Band here in our local town. We have a lot of fun, but half of the band abandons us in the winter and head south! We will start playing again the end More...

Chocolates, well there are many, and no doubt Lindt rules, still one particular choccy which I had years ago, can never be forgotten. Its russian stuff, which my husband brought from Moscow. I know not the name, brand, but the taste still lingers.Something unique, challenging the taste of the luxurious, smooth swiss stuffs..the fact that I may not get to taste it again makes it still more special!
20/Dec/07 3:36 PM
 |  |

Appy: Believe me, Lindt do not rule without doubt. Thornton's from Yorkshire are head and shoulders better
20/Dec/07 4:26 PM
 |  |

Danish chocolates are also exquisite. The most famous chocs are Belgian. Belgium is regarded as number 1 for Euro-chocolates (except for Thornton's of course).
