I wore a gas-mask for a year or so. It helped quite a bit but is very uncomfortable. I also tried an improvised 4-poster with limited success.

Next idea is a powerful ceiling fan.

Loss power for about 10 min. By the time I got the flashlight, lit the candles around the house, it came back on. Good thing the flashlight was where it was suppose to be.
