30/Jan/08 1:37 PM
 |  |

Hmm....let's see if I remember correctly. That Island wedding - Wasn't the bride building a house? Gosh! That was a long time ago. Just before we flew a bus full of our ex's over a volcano?

I've been around a long time!!!!

not just a house nal - a villa - but maybe we shouldn't be giving AngieW thoughts about pushing males over volcanos.
30/Jan/08 1:47 PM

Ian - wow the wedding reception in Brissie.
That would be super.

Nal - which volcano, I've got an ex-husband who ia expendable.

Ian - I can co-ordinate with your wedding. Can you be organised and in Brissie by the 1st.
Now lets see - Angie is organising the dresses,
Foods underway, reception venue to be booked and time to be decided. Obviously the priest is available.
Aah - Ian - have you chosen a best man? I'm sure CG would love the job - especially if he can escape the cold.

Victoria, I'm so sorry to tell you this. You've put so much work into this wedding. I'm telling Ian that the wedding is off. I'm just not ready to get married again.

Oh yeah. Ian, the wedding is off, but I don't think it was really ever "on" because you never accepted.

Oh Eve....I had an awful day. Didn't start it with Sudoku, made it to work on time and wished I hadn't for making me laugh tonight with your "For Women Only"

Susan from Qld - lovely to see you posting under your new SM.

Have you settled in at home - washing all done, kids back at school, still catching up on 3 weeks sudoku comments?

If you are like me, the suitcase is still on the floor waiting to go away. More...

Angie from W - I'm so disappointed. I had all these lovely plans and now they are all down the drain. What a shame.

I suppose I'll get over it eventually.

Victoria - I am so glad to know I am not the only one who takes forever to get the suitcases put away! We got home on Jan. 20 & the suitcases are still sitting in our bedroom. I HAVE, however, unpacked them & done all the laundry. I have NOT finished sorting through the enormous pile of More...

Footwork, Angie, it's just a matter of footwork.

Clearly he wants to start with a little footsie, Angie. If you really want out of the wedding, pop on your old Nikes and go for a run prior meeting.

Hi Victoria. Yep, got the suitcases done pretty quickly, but still catching up on mail etc. The kids went back to school yesterday, with my baby starting high school. It took a while to catch up on archives, had to do some skimming, now I'm trying to get my page done. Naughty Rolanda beat me to it.

Thank you Eve. your youtube video reminded me of a favorite guitarist. At least that's what I thought until I searched the youtube for him, John Doan. It was his video that made me realize it WASN'T a guitar he was playing. It's a harpolyre, argh! Anyway I put in video of his on my page. He's More...

Hi Col and Rolanda, still working on my page, but the drinks - my favourite reds - are making me take twice as long as it should, plus now I have to keep stopping to smell the flowers! I'm putting a puzzle on my page, but haven't yet worked out how to add text to give the instructions.

Boo hoo, CynB! So sorry you won't get to be a bridesmaid. Perhaps at my next wedding. My motto is 'always a bride, never a bridesmaid'. Of course I'm still enmeshed in my current marriage, so it may be awhile.........

Just want you all to know that I have organized all of the Sudokuland recipes into a cookbook (a 50-page Word document). Now if someone can tell me how I can get it to those of you who are interested....

Sounds WAY too big to e-mail, Jane!

Kathy.....we have recycling weekly by our trash company. They provide the barrels for a small fee for recycle, trash and yard. I know what you mean about the tons and tons of junk mail. We have a recycle box right next to the desk to sort out mail from junk. We empty that twice a week. It is depressing the waste of paper/trees.

Julie - You're right. I was hoping to post a few pages a day on my page after converting them to Paint images, but when I tried printing a Paint image, the quality was lousy! Maybe once Gath has things under control, he can figure out a way for me to get them on the site.

Our community offers recycling of plastic, paper and aluminum (no glass), and it's free, but there are only about 5 people on our street (including us) who recycle. I don't know why our neighbors don't.
