Billy yes purple wrapper definitely a brazil nut! Turkish delight let me see think that is a no on that score!! Sadly I do like turkish delight.. Oh and did you know that you can get the individual 'The Big One' hazelnut now as a separate choccy!!

This is the busiest Friday evening (our time) I have seen on here for ages. It's usually quiet then.

andré - this is good news on many counts. If we ever get to share a box of choccies I bags the turkish delight ones ok? Not sure if you can get the BIG ONE here, but now I have something to scan for in the lolly aisle. I have a stash of Caramacs I am working my way thru....friend brought them over for me but after the 3rd bar they start to taste a bit ho hum.

Hello all..I'll be flying down to Florida again tonight. My 95 yr old dad has pneumonia and its looking worse, we are moving him into hospice care. Plus my sister is getting married down there on Sunday. When it rains it pours. Send up your thoughts and prayers for a rapid end to his suffering. Maybe I can meet up with Carol while down there.

Wow, SANDRA, we have a history! We were married at a church in Mission Valley. I can't figure out why all my friends cringe when I state the obvious motto, ''I got mine in 'sixty-nine.'' My husband likes to joke, ''Yep, we've been married for 38 years ... 38 lo-o-o-o-o-n-g years ...'' Funny guy ... that's why I've kept him around so long ... :)

That's wonderful, SANDRA! Italy sounds inviting ... and my hubby would like that, since he is one-half Italian! We don't have specific plans, other than trying to still be alive at 40 years ... so maybe we will join you on YOUR ''second honeymoon'' ... now, wouldn't THAT be fun?? LOL
