Raining hard here too. I've kept a rain gauge since 1988 ... have it all on a spreadsheet. Our rain year goes from July 1-June 30. So far this year, we've had 34.6 inches. 14.34 in January, and already 4.61 the first three days of February. Our annual average since 1988 has been 52 inches a year. More...

Got up and discovered a red light on in my box, so I have been on the phone. At least I got the US instead of India. No offense to India, but trying to understand the accent while on the speaker phone, is very difficult for someone who is just a bit hard of hearing. All I had to do was turn off the box and count to 10 and turn it back on again. Feel stupid.

ok time to go see if there's an odd oyster and a bottle of bolly in the fridge for tea tonight. Mo, once you've chipped off the remains of that face mask and discovered the archeological interest beneath, have a very good evening celebrating! Good Sunday to the Americans.

Rayray - I'm sure you are good looking. My late husband was very good looking, when he came back from ww2 he weighted 102 lbs and was 6 feet tall, really good looking at least to me. The last picture I have of him is on my page at the zoo.

I also need to know the length of time needed between the last intro of alcohol and the serving of said dish. I made fruitcake for my first son's groom cake. Dorthea, your husband was very handsome indeed. You two made a cute couple! I'm sure you have some really great memories, including a few risque ones? With a family who has bellydancing performances in their backyard, you must have had a lot of fun together!

MUSING ABOUT THE HUMAN STATE
In isolation consciousness claws vast expanse of space,
each transient, but in unison, with others of our race.
We seek to understand this world; so mysterious and deep;
knowing we might fail in that, despite progress we may reap.
If lucky we shall each More...

My husband and I made toys to be sold at Elizabethan Fairs etc. Lots of costumes and lots of old toys. Handmade wooden ones. Highly polished and decorated. My kids found things to amuse themselves . Belly dancing, sword fighting etc.
