Karen, I can remember similar situations but it does seem such a long time ago. Eldest daughter was very easy. You just asked her to do exactly the opposite of what you wanted her to do. Son used to throw tantrums in supermarket, I used to just walk away and leave him. When the screams changed to Daaadddyyy, I'd go and retrieve him.

That is funny Saylz. So far we are blessed with no public tantrums. Though Thing II, thought she was going to have one once, but changed her mind.
Thing I, loves to everything except clean up her toys. She will pick up Thing II's toys and clothes, and ours, but hers must be out on display.

I am always in the back..of the bike riders. When we do the organized rides I have a plastic flamingo attached to my helmet. It usually gets people to ride along and talk a bit, thus putting me out of my misery for a few minutes...

No PDA's (public displays of affliction)? That is amazing....

How does going to the relief room, turn into emptying and putting away things in two machines, then emptying another and filling up the one emptied and then having to return to that room to do what you had originially had planned to do?

see, if you were my age, you would have gone to the room, then completely forgotten why you had gone to that room, shake your head, leave the room and do nothing at all....

Well, there were certain factors telling me to go into that room. Then I noticed my machines had stopped, so I had to put them back to work. Then I left the room, but had to return, because certain factors told me I forgot to do something. So, in a way, I did walk into that room and forget why I went in there in the first place.

either saylz is taking a really long time digging up those spurs for me or I scared him off...

Where is Viv tonight? I want to know how she was able to keep a cheesecake for 24+ hours.

Son broke into it and had a piece before he left for his work last night.
Then hubby and I finally had some for dessert.
Which reminds me, I must go and see how much is now left. Son may have had some for breakfast !!

I was actually working which I must return to. I have plenty of whips but no spurs. My horses pull sulkies.

Yes, both visits were. One when she came out here, then took my girls and one when I had to pick them up. It does not matter whether it is 5 minutes or longer, I still get in a tizzy.

yes, high school. We need to pay them back for the years of Elvis memorabilia they have sent us or hidden here when they visit. I don't know where they find all this stuff....
