The book discussion sounds interesting. The Outlanders. Who wrote it? I am actually getting to read at the moment as I am spending a lot of time in bed with glandular fever and not much time upright (not much time in front of the computer even!)

Judy - Robin Hobb is my favorite, she writes fantasy, the books that got me hooked was her Farseer Trilogy (Assassin's Appentice, Royal Assassin & Assassin's Quest). She is American, currently living in Washington, she also writes under another pseudonym Megan Lingholm although I haven't read anything under that name yet.
