If h2=9 then g2=4%cell.
If h6=9 then h7=7%col.
So one of h2=4, g4=4, h7=7 is true.
But if h2=4 or g4=4 then b2=7 so one of b2=7 ,h7=7 is true, eliminating b7=7.
