Saw lots of roos when we were in AU, but they were all in captivity. Saw none in the wild.

Kangaroo meat is great - lean and tasty. Roos know it so they were probably in hiding or disguise Hal. Did you see any in dark glasses or wigs??

Now I'm being too silly. It really is time for bed.

Actually these look a bit more like wallabies... but I'm not expert.

When I traveled to Oz with students, we actually got to see kangaroos and wallabies in the wild. We stayed at a station in the Outback, and the camp dog had a habit of finding road kill 'roos and dragging them miles back home!

In my youth we used to spend quality time at my uncle's fishing shack up in the mountains of North-Western Victoria. It was a special delight after a hot day, to walk quietly up the paddock and watch the kangaroos feeding in the cool of the evening.

Hubby and I were away the June longweekend last year with friends staying in cottages up in the hills for our annual winter get away.
We spotted these Kanagaroos were on the side of the road in Jarrahdale, late in the afternoon, on our way back to the cottages from a picnic lunch at the Serpentine Dam.
Have a couple of photos of the kangaroos on my flickr page.

sotir,
I believe that if you are going to write your fourth step as an alternating inference chain you should write it as two seperate AIC's, one on candidate 1 and the other on candidate 8. The chain itself looks valid to me but I don't think that it supports your conclusion when written as a More...

UP at b4, c4, c8, g9, i9. Pairs 68 at d45, pairs 27 in eh4 and pairs 56 at bg6.
Let h4=7. Then:
1. e4=2, f5=4, c5=8, d5=6, d4=8, a5=5, g5=9, i5=2, c6=4.
2. pairs 17 at c19, pairs 17 at cf9. So b9=8, with 8s locked at a23. Since g2=8, a3 has to be 8.
3. With a5=5, a4=1, a3=8, pairs 47 in More...
