1:48 if you believe my timer, which I don't.
First problem: When I solved the puzzle it didn't resolve into a photo, so I tried to check moves, but it didn't respond to that command, then I checked the timer and it had stopped.

Proof without guess work. UP=unique possibility.
From given puzzle, UP are: e8=4, c9=9.
Pairs 15 at de9. Hence d5=7, as 3,7 and 8 would appear in column f at rows 7, 8 and 9.
Pairs 26 at ef1. Hence 9 can be only be at d1 or d2 in column d. This leads to f4=9, and pairs 26 at f15 too. Hence More...
