This stare gives me a slightly creepy feeling. Like he(?) knows something that I don't?

Puzzle went to UP 41 (IIRC) with the simple techniques. Then I used a few loops and chains to first eliminate some candidates and finally to force h1=5. That was a decisive push. I will take another look before I post anything about the solution. I got the feeling that I missed something :-)

I don't remember LankyYank. Did he/she not stay around long enough to enjoy the photo coming up in the queue?
