1. Note pair 47 at d1/f2.Unique possibilities to 41.
2. If c8=2,pair 36 at ab7 create pair 57 at d78,and e8 becomes 6.Likewise,c8=7,d8=5 makes e8=6, and UPs to 47.Note pair 19 at i34.
3. If i5=2,a5=2,a8=1,b8=4 and column i is devoid of 4.So i5=4, and UPs to 81.

1.Start at 23,basic techniques to UP=41
2.(4=2)i5-(2=3)c5-(3=8)c3-(8)c9=(8-4)b9=(4)b8,=>i8<>4.UP=48
3.(3=2)a7-(2)gh7=(2-6)i 8=(6)e8-(6=3)e9,= >bc9<>3.UP=81

An alternative solution (I hope)

1) Start at 23, basic techniques to UP = 41
2) As 8's are locked in bc9, cannot be a 3 in bc9 to prevent 38AUR in bc39, so e9 = 3, UP = 47.
3) 247 XY-wing in ci8i5 => c5<>2, UP = 81.
