Rather simple today, for a 'tough' puzzle. Could be solved using basic techniques.

Kathy, I have 2 coming this fall from the Michigan Blub Co. - multi-colored flowers. I think the plants will be quite small (never ordered from this Co. before) so it might be a while before I have any flowers to atract butterflies.

I've ordered from them before. Low prices, TINY plants with low survival rates. You get what you pay for. MUCH better to buy from a local nursery.

I aggree today's tough is easier than normal.After realising pairs 38 at e46 and 39 at gi2, unique possibilities to 61. Now d6=4 or 5. When d6=5, b6=1,b2=8 and b9=9. When d6=4, i6=1,i5=8,i7=9, and again b9=9.Then UP to 81.

I've seen lots of monarch butterflys over the past month or more right in Victoria on Vancouver Island. Perhaps they are fattening up on our many spring/summer blossoms for their long trip south. What a perfect time for a monarch picture. Thanks to the photographer and Gath.
