It seems like a few of us have visited the Palace of Versaille.

Way too rusty at this -- needed 3 guesses just to get the ball rolling after set-up! Those quick times are amazing.

Just got back from Paris yesterday -- but didn't make it out to Versailles while there. Neat picture.

A short proof that took a lot of work:

1) Start 22, unique possibilities to (UP) 24.
2) Naked pair 47 at gi5 forbids e5=47, g4=4, h4=4, h6=7, i6=7.
3) Hidden pair 35 at a1, c2 forbids a1=167, c2=126.
4) i6=5 == i6=3 -- c6=3 == a4=3 -- a1=3 == a1=5 -- hi1=5 == h2=5 forbids h46=5. UP 81.

maEn, seemed pretty straightforward elimination today - no backtracking, no forbidden chains.

Representation of the the Sun king, Louis XIV. It found all around the palace grounds expanded by him. Only spent a few hours there, but it one site thats worth every minute. I think just exploring the garden will need a full day, seem to go on forever.
