I really wish that spring had sprung as we are having a very cold snap here. Frost last night & the forcast is for storms & poss hail! Well we have been praying for rain,'Be careful wat you wish for...'

I just realized that step 2 of my solution of yesterday puzzle July 27,is the key that unlock the puzzle (the last 2 strongs were not necessary).
I want to share with you the new interpretation:

1)Start at 23,=>UP=24
2)Wrap around chain,using ANT and More...

Either my brain is getting better as the rest of me decays, or that was an easy 'Hard' today.
