1. Note pair 48 at b79;triple 148 at c123.Unique possibilities to 24.
2. If a5=5=b1=d2=f8=i9,pair 23 at bc8,a8=7,e9=7(to avoid the 19 unresolvable rectangle at ae79),e7=1,a7=9=d9;column i is devoid of 2.So b5=5.UPs to 36.
3. If i7=2,pairs 69 at f57/d7,f4=7=d9;25 have no place in top middle box.Hence i9=2.UPs to 81.

1) Start at 22,basic techniques to UP=26
2) (5)f1=f8-(5=36)hi8-(3)bc8=a7-a13=(3)b1,=>b1<>5.UP=81

Nice solution Sotir.Took me ages to find the two extra UPs in your step 1).{g9=9,a8=9}.The 25 pair at di9 and 57 pair at f18 are not that obvious.
Regards,Alfred.

Here is a more detailed explanation of UP25 and UP26:
A) After Pair 48 at b79 and triple 148 at c123;locked 2 at a23 and locked 5 at h56.Hence pair 25 at di9 in row 9.
B) Locked 9 at h13 creates pair 48 at bh9.So g9=9.UP25.
C) Locked 7 at d46 means 57 occupy f18;locked 9 at def7 and a8=9.UP26.
