1. Given UP=23. UPs c9=8, c3=2, pairs 39 at c56, pairs 15 at c78, e3=1, f3=6, i3=7. UP=28.
2. If i8=4, then a7=4, a9=7, h8=9, b8=6=e7=i9=g5=a6, g2=2=h9=i5=d6, f9=3, a2=9, e8=8, d8=5=f2=i1, a1=1, a5=8, which leaves no 8 in the middle block. So i8<>4, but b8=4. UP=29.
