At the Smithsonian American History museum, there is a statue of George Washington wearing a toga. He looks ridiculous.

Thanks for thinking of me Kate.Been a bit busy,and found the puzzle extra stubborn:
1. Unique possibilities to 28.Note pair 12 at df7.
2. If i7=6,a7=8,b7=5.Likewise,i7=7,g8=5,i8=4,h8=1=c9 makes b7=5.UP 29.
3. If d8=5,locked 5s at ce6;ce4,h5=5 and row 9 is devoid of 5.So e9=5.UP 30.
