Good morning, everyone. Clear, dry, warm and sunny; perfect beach and boating weather this day on the Atlantic.

Happy Bastille Day to those in France - lift a glass in your honor. We have about 20 hours left to celebrate in some places of America.

1:57 Good evening all.
If that is Mama Panda, I'd hate to think how big Papa Panda is.

everyone - the clouds are out here and still on the cooler side. Let me also extend a greeting for Bastille Day. Getting ready to start out on my day - enjoy, Mary

2:47 is new PR for me. My bedtime toy as a child which I thought was a teddy bear was actually a Panda by color, so seeing one gives me a warm feeling even today.

Good morning to all! That's a nice panda! Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

FOR MY CANADIAN FRIENDS ...... EH???
A recent study found the average Canadian walks about 900 miles a year.
Another study found Canadians drink, on average, 22 gallons of beer a year.
That means, on average, Canadians get about 41 miles to the gallon.
Kind Of Makes You Proud To Be Canadian ....

Enjoy your weekend everybody. Cool here BUT back to the 90's next week.

for that useful piece of information Greg. Do you happen to have the stats on Americans & Aussies, in case I want to compare models?

Happy Bastille Day to all French sudokuists. I'll make sure that I only drink French wine today.

Go with an Aussie model at your own risk, Jane. If you tried to fuel one with a Bud Lite, it would throw a rod, or much worse.

Happy Bastille Day France.

Looks to be a beautiful day, going to my nieces today, party tonight.

Jeb - CG said to fuel them on beer. Bud Lite does not qualify as beer by Canadian standards. But I do suspect that Aussies get much fewer miles to the gallon than Canadians.

Hi all, I just wanted to see what time it is there when this gets posted. It's Sat. the 14th here. Have a gret weekend!

Wishing all a Happy Bastille Day...

I have to wonder, Jane...does that mean Aussies do more fueling that traveling? lol

CG you're prime! Jane, go for the premium you only live once!
Happy Bastille Day to all French descent, we'll all drink a toast of French wine to you! May even have to go the bottle. lol Wonder how many miles per gallon do the French get out of the wine?

Personally, I've never understood how Bud Lite, or any of that ilk, could qualify as beer by any standards.

Happy Bastille Day, Fiona, Mo, Claude and Catherine (have I missed anyone?) It is still the 14th, here, at 6.15p m. It is hot and sunny. We are going to the fireworks display in Tournon, this evening - they are usually fabulous - but won't take Kelshie, as she hates fireworks, guns, low-flying aircraft, thunder...
Mo - hope you are enjoying the golf, and do your best, tomorrow for the Brits!
15/Jul/07 2:19 AM

It was definitely too hot for golf today and it will be even hotter tomorrow with a full round of 18 holes to play. Still I'm starting early so should be in and at the bar by 13.00hrs. That is if I don't go out on the town tonight to see the musical firework display over the river dordogne at More...

Have a lovely evening Liz and Fiona, Catherine and Claude.
You don't have to be in France to celebrate - just open a bottle of wine, storm your nearest prison, release the few(I believe there were only 7) prisoners, and declare yourselves a republic.!!!!!!!

Happy Bastille Day to all those celebrating. Mo: There may have only been seven, but I understand they all had extensive wine cellars!

Speaking of light beer, has anyone tried the new Heineken Light? I'd like to try some, but it's so expensive that I'd like to get someelse's opinion first!!! (I'm a real cheapskate!)

Jane, it doesn't make any difference how fancy the saddle is, a donkey is still a donkey.

Jane - I like 'someelse's' - so much more economical on keystrokes
