BTW, my freezer keeps in stock vanilla and dutch chocolate, they are staples, all others are treats and right now an ice cream sandwich would be nice, or the kind that Aileen has in her freezer will work also.

I found online recipes for other tomato chutneys with her name attached, but not for the one with dried apricots. Recipes for chutney with apricot and/or tomato abound, so I thought getting the book for THE recipe was in order.
