Hope Kayo's having fun where ever she is.

CSG can be several things, Serena.

Whoa! Looks like Shosho just blasted in and out!
20/Nov/12 12:18 AM
 |  |

I find it amusing that shosho stops by here before going for her morning runs. She definitely has her priorities worked out.

I just noticed that all the posts so far are by 'S' names. I definitely need to get out more.

CSG = Coal Stream Gas, ie fracking. Causing a bit of an uproar here for obvious reasons.
20/Nov/12 12:27 AM
 |  |

CSG = Coal Seam Gas mining and the protest is because of the impact that this mining has on the surface area
20/Nov/12 12:29 AM
 |  |

Maybe CSG is the coal seam gas industry with similar controversies surrounding our oil fracking industry?

(Guess I was right! - unfortunately)

I googled CSG but by the time I got back the problem had been solved. That's called crowdsourcing and it works wonderfully for solving all the world's problems.

Our town refused to sell water to the companies for that purpose.

How true, DotCom - this is a pretty knowledgeable group on MANY subjects.

Waiting on a young lady to show up to make up a test.
20/Nov/12 12:38 AM

Why would I think she would get here early on Monday morning?
20/Nov/12 12:38 AM
 |  |

What could be better than math first thing Monday morning? No sarcasm implied.
20/Nov/12 12:41 AM
 |  |

Thanks for the CSG answers. I could of googled it myself or went to the website in the picture, but I figured asking here would work just as well.
20/Nov/12 12:42 AM
 |  |

I totally agree, Serena - but it is sort of early to remember you have to make a test up. I told her I would be here IF she got in - she will probably stay after school.

HEY! I just wrote the word problems and somehow it turned into a shortcut to an ad for work-at-home. I did not do that! Gath HELP!
20/Nov/12 12:50 AM
 |  |

Thank you Gath or whoever just did that but the ad suddenly disappeared and the word 'problems' went back to normal. WOW that was quick.
20/Nov/12 12:52 AM
 |  |

Drat, DotCom - I thought for a second that you were going to start giving us word problems to solve!

What's CSG???

I should have read the posts before commenting. Sorry.

Where'd everyone go? I posted, then left to run errands. In the meantime, nobody was here!

Heidi reminds me to switch to my Thanksgiving Avatar.

Speaking of Avatars, Gath did answer me, and asked me to submit Avatars and Smilies for him to work with. I did. This morning, they look to have been processed, but aren't in my groups, so the problem apparently isn't solved yet.
20/Nov/12 1:55 AM
 |  |

Granted, the errands were just in Magnolia. But now I'm almost ready for my trip tomorrow.
20/Nov/12 1:56 AM
 |  |

Some day I hope to have the time to submit a bunch of smilies and avatars for myself!
20/Nov/12 1:56 AM
 |  |

Thanks so much for looking into that, Keith.
20/Nov/12 1:56 AM
 |  |

I'll try one out for myself.

I just submitted one I've been trying to make for Midge. We'll see if it works.
