And speaking of Mary's, Congratulations to MARY FROM SOUTHERN ONTARIO & her family on the birth of the new baby boy!! What a beautiful name he has! How many grandchildren for you, Mary? And how is your back? Didn't you have some surgery a few months back? Hope you are feeling better. I know you'll want to be toting that baby around, & he's going to be a big armful!

Have been heartened and saddened by the stories of family communication and non-communication. Back in March, I told my brother I was sad that he did not communicate with me, and hurt when I found out that others were in the loop but I was not. He blew up and told me to make the most of my More...

CP, given my slightly distant relnship with my mum, I'm probably the last person to comment, but I did a course not that long ago where 'how much we put in' was discussed. Along the lines of 'its not a 50-50 thing. You can't control what they put in, but our part always can be 100, and take it from More...

CP it's nice that you keep in touch with your brother's wife, by the way, and I do wish you luck in your efforts to recreate something with your brother.

MEL - hope you're feeling ok - would hate that snort to develop into something nasty. Would you like to join Rola and myself for jumbo, skinny, extra hot café latté with a dash of caramel and a shortbread biscuit on the side sometime soon?

Mickey, if this isn't too personal, are you dilated? Do they strip membranes in Australia? In America, most Dr.s only let you go 1-2 weeks over. Is it the same there?
