As to the nine letter word riddle, seven correct answers (no additional answers yesterday) and four different words.... splatters, splitting, startling and strapping. Well done to all those who answered!

We had to wait for a snake to leave the bike path the other day before we could take the dog for a walk. Hubby said it was a tree snake (about a metre long) but I wasn't going to get too close. The dog didn't even see it. He was too busy looking for other dogs/people to greet.

Sounds awful CP. What happened?

Oh ouch CP!! Been there, done that! Didn't enjoy it one bit. Was all set to go to work after two weeks at home. Was going stir crazy, but principal nixed that plan by stating I could come back with a doctor's ok. Darn man gave me at least two more weeks at home!

And dear hubby! Thanks to him, I lost 5 pounds by his home cooking or the lack of it. I couldn't face another salad for a loooonnnngg time!
