Yesterday"s riddle proved to be rather difficult in the end it seems. The answer was that Pocahontas was the only Disney character based on a real person. Well that's what Braingle says and we won't argue, although several people had interesting alternatives.

Sad news this morning that Dr Chris O'Brien, a surgeon from RPA hospital in Sydney, has died. He was a face and neck surgeon who showed great compassion to his patients that we saw on the television show "RPA" who then developed cancer himself - a brain tumour. Another wonderful doctor More...

Ian, I think David Carradine finally thought he had succeeded in taking the pebble.... "When you can take the pebble from my hand, it will be time for you to leave." A very good friend of mine took his life a few years ago. To this day, no one who knew Jerry still knows why he chose that route.
