eaa: My teeth are too big for UK dentists. It seesm they are not strong enough.
It seems that their anaesthetics sometimes fail to work and that is no incentive to visit them.
At times I even wonder if some dentists are drug addicts who abuse their medicinal cocaine.

Shosho - The town is Beaufort (not Beauford!!!), and it is a historical port city. There is also a Beaufort (but pronounced BEW fort) in South Carolina which is also historical. Heidi - I sometimes get a "page not found" message. For me the usual remedy is to hang up my slow dial up connection and re-connect... Also, Just this evening my keyboard and mouse were verry slow to respond. That turned out to be McAfee doing a weekly computer scan, and hogging the resources.

I just refresh the page when I get it, seems to fix the problem. But my posts don't go missing so you could have a new one!

Although it is a lil bit late, I am here to wish all our Sudokuists in USA agreat day with lots of celebrations for your country´s birthday.

Squirt has gone to Grafton for 1 week to stay with a friend (who moved there last December). She only left this morning and I miss her already. She went with another friend from school - they took the bus and train (XPT). A big adventure - about 250km from home.

oh, wow, so close - and no-one else seems to be around...
