I normally sit on a large red exercise ball when at my computer. This was recommended by my physiotherapist after some very painful bouts of lower back pain. The small movements you make keeping balance strengthen your muscles.

Right I have now pumped ball up again, and had a look around and found several possible causes so I shall go get some washng up soap and see if any blow bubbles!!!
Yikes..... ball and I just got landed on again by a flying four legged feline - he, Sammi, thinks this is a great game!
