Hey Jane, I love salad spritzers! I hate using salad dressing from a bottle because it's way too strong for me. And having to toss each and every time was such a bother. A couple of spritzes and I'm enjoying my salad.

Ever since I've used this recipe for lunch every day I've unintentionally loss weight. I saw it on food network. Mainly it was to up the amount of veggies you ate daily.
2 cups of raw spinach (I buy the ready to eat bags)
2 (1/2 cup) servings of any cooked veggie leftovers.
That's all and already you will have eaten 4 servings of veggies in one salad.

I replaced my lunches with the salad and a glass of milk. Didn't change my breakfast or dinner. Since I'm still working, I prepare these salads 5 all at once on Sunday. Lost 7 pounds. Came as a surprise because I gave up on dieting.

Got to make my usual ! Oh Fiona and GannieMo, my latest tea - The au chocolat. Black tea with chocolate nibs. Yummy! Just that alone with a good book, heavenly!

Milk does the body good.

I went through a big milk phase once and lost a lot of weight, that was even with whole and chocolate milk.

Shosho if you're drinking chocolate tea, maybe you should be on two spinach salads a day!

Not yet Fiona but it has now clouded over and the clouds are getting darker
