The cat looks like a Maine Coon. They are the gentilest, most loving cats!! I have one, needless to say.

Easy tough. Kathy, I also have a Main Coon. They are maybe not the smartest of the breeds, but they are certainly sweet, gentle, and loving as you say. Mine is a calico named Sascha. She's a jewel. We got her at the Animal Rescue Center.

There is a reason they are called Queens.

Yay, this is my cat. Her name is Mainelymagic Marshmallow Pie, she is a silver tortie Maine Coon. She is the best girl in the world and has just come to see her pic on the screen and approves :-)). She is a real smoocher and sits on my lap whenever I am on the computer. Her mother came from Tennessee (USA) and her father from England.
