Hi Sue, here most of our schools have just finished for the long summer break. There's parents all over town moaning about it!

Oh yeah, I forgot that your school systems are opposite ours as well as your seasons. How long do you have off for the summer? We get 2-3 weeks here for Christmas in the winter and 2-3 months in the summer (june, july and august). How long depends on how many snowdays you've had as well as what More...

to get back to school. They get tired of me and their brothers all day ALL the time.

i have a theory that seems to apply to my times.

whatever i get for easy, i double to get my time for medium and double again to get hard.
so as that general rule of thumb 3:smthng , 6:smthng and then 15: smthng shows that my hard attempt was poor.

and i know that tough is going to take too long for me so i will finish here

14:18 I am just too slow today. The dog's expression and coloring (though not breed) remind me of my dog Polly, who's an American foxhound. I submitted a pic for her a month or so ago; sad that I haven't seen her, but this one's a good substitute.

Hi Sue I always felt the same too - loved the holidays playing with the kids. (Gave me a good excuse to see a lot of movies i wouldn't otherwise have seen too!)

Our schools re-open the last week in January after Australia Day (January 26th). But for the first time I'll have no school child left - and a first year university student instead.

I hope it's working too - we'll miss you otherwise! Thanks too on the yabbers - what a lot of interesting things I pick up on here! (including the men, of course!) Off to bed now - catch you later
