Maen all - love the pics of Zims - very close to my heart. There are ancient ruins - that nobody knows anything about - all over Zims. In fact it is a country I recommend everyone visits before they die - from the mighty Zambesi in the north to the Limpopo in the south. The pics of Victoria falls More...

Correction on the brand name of the rock-worthy sandals - Teva, which is the Hebrew word for nature, appropriately. Now I've gotta google that site!

the 1800s photo sounds fantastic - any chance of getting it onto the site? Zim's pretty close to my heart also - it took up 18 pages of my passport with all my trips across the bridge to Zambia and back a few years ago.

Hi Karen - will try and do so but have not had much success with trying to get my photos on up to now - I am a little computer challenged. If I can't I will tell you where to find it - with several other fascinating pics of early Zim - that were all taken around the turn of the 19/20 century.
