Good morning to all! I think that is one of Ian's pictures from when he travelled to North Bay, Ontario. If not, nice picture whoever took it!

7.59 seemed much slower than that. why is it that most pictures of canada show the great wilderness? Don't get me wrong...I love it, its just that it fuels the (somewhat) international thought that we all still live in igloos and in the bush. toronto has +3 million

Just look at the film of 'Rumble in the Bronx' that was filmed in Vancouver or 'Romeo must Die' also another film that was filmed in Vancouver. Naomi, the first time I drove the 401 I thought I was on another planet. A 12-lane Highway is really scary for someone driving a hire car the size of small aircraft carrier, with the steering wheel on the wrong side and driving on the right. I survived though.
Toronto is a great city - not an igloo in sight.

Naomi, contrary to the beliefs of most Torontonians, you are not the center of the universe. There is much more to our great country than 3 million people living in a very nice city. Within 1 hour from my place are over 100 lakes & the St. Lawrence River, plus miles & miles of beautiful forests. It is truly picturesque & something to be very proud of.
