For some reason, the pictures on both word searches still aren't coming up Gath. This has been going on for several days. I'm not sure if others are having the same problem.

it is cool here this morning (7:00am), and there is only a light smoke haze even though we are 2 hours or so away from the fires and the wind is taking it away from us. temperatures today are supposed to be in the low 40 degrees C range. there is supposed to be a cool change coming, but with not More...

FIRE UPDATE
woke up to smoke filled air again and this could go on for weeks. talk is the fire will have to burn itself out and that could take weeks or months in the inaccessible country that some of it is in.

Keith, I left you a message on your page. Rosemary, Prayers continue for all affected by the fires and with hopes for some rain to help in getting it under control. What a great job firefighters do. They must be exhausted even with all of the different companies helping out.I will add a few extra prayers of thanks for their bravery and hard work. Stay safe!

Louise...Sorry to hear of your uncle's passing. It seems that he had been sick for quite a while so maybe this is a relief from the pain physically and mentally for not only him but his family as well.

Tricia from texas, Love that posting. Unfortunately I remember them all. I still do not like getting called to the principal's office. I am a teacher and that usually means something is wrong.

Rosemary - the temperature here is already well in to the 30's (10.00am) and the North wind has just started and strengthening - let's hope it blows itself out on my towels here before it has a chance to get to your area.

It is 36C (96F) at 10.30am here in Melbourne with humidity at 13 so you can imagine how dry it is.
