Linda, trust Uncle Baz, don't ask me! You may get told more than what you are expecting!

It doesn't matter what it means. It's a silly made up word that annoys the crapola out of me and a couple of others. But mainly me. Don't ask!!!

And, a pumpkin I am not. Tons of greed, heaps of doubt, no hate, but lots of mistrust, a bit of don't like very much, and still got a pile of dirt with me. But I am happy!

OK, here's another piece of language weirdness. In English (at least in American English), an unmarried guy calls his sweetheart his 'girlfriend'. Pumpkins are covered with manure so they grow the way the farmer wants. Then the farmer rips the pumpkin out of its home, and sells it to somebody who sticks a knife into it, takes out all the guts and seeds of growth and regeneration, and then lights it on fire so that it frightens all who see it. Then after the rituals are over, the pumpkin is thrown into the garbage.

to variation: I'm sure my story must be nicer than yours.
the poor pumpkin - next time I eat it I'm going to think of all these stories and burst into tears. There goes my pumkpin scones, pumpkin soup, roast pumpkin and now the pumpkin pie. Never to be tasted again. (sob, sob, sob) I don't have smilies at work. (sob)

Just got to repack my suitcase - removing one or two items. But weight should not be a problem after Singapore when I've removed all those little pressies for the grand daughters. Also not being able to take a handbag and a carry-on bag is a nuisance. Where do I put all those little things like More...

GannieMo......are you still not allowed to carry on Hand Luggage?? I know that Sprays, Gels, Liquids, Toothpaste, Lipstick etc you are not allowed to carry with you. I guess a see through Plastic Bag will have to be the carry on!!!

Allowed one bag carry on - this includes computer, cameras, mp3, and such. Only make up allowed lipstick - not gloss. No liquid in any form, but, you can buy some in departure. This includes bottled water. So I shall just have to drink what they supply on board. Pity outward flight isn't QANTAS as More...

ah the fun one can have with numbers. whoever thought they could trust a computer with all those little electronic connections any of which can go haywire certainly has another think coming?! lol

fi - it was excellent. I am now embalmed in chardonnay and chocolate, a very tasty combination!! Alcohol levels now back to normal (50% chardonnay, 50% chocolate) after excessive amounts on several occasions. A rest is called for!!
