Jamie: I have been following your pain - but I missed on how the injury developed. Indeed it does sound very painful and worrying and I hope you recover fully and more quickly than you anticipate.

Jamie, do you have the dreaded foam "wedge" supporting your arm? My husband said dealing with that was more uncomfortable than the post-surgery pain!

jamie, happy to hear things went well with the surgery. Get into the rehab as quickly as they will let you. I speak from experience. Two years ago I had my shoulder replaced. I have almost full range of motion. DO the rehab. You will HATE it now but you WILL be glad later.

For all those in Victoria, Australia, hope those who have a family member looking for first round university offers were successful. My daughter was one of the lucky ones getting her preference for primary teaching. Reading in this morning's paper it's scary to read that 33% of students have missed out.
