went out and donated blood today - got a sweatshirt for my trouble - craft faires are starting up - I'm a look and see kinda of gal - I alway think - I could do that - but do I ?? need to take some time and as Nike says -- "just do it" I would like to do another quilt - but alas, I'm just reading the boys.

I have to confess, I really think I'm waiting for my youngest son to move out --- got big plans for that little bed room !!!

Mymare, even when they do move out sometimes they come back!!!
My older son's bedroom became my office when he moved out and later got married. 5 years later he got a divorced and showed up at our doorsteps! I got kicked out of the bedroom and my office became a corner of the living room for a few years. When he moved out again I got my office back. And I'm not going to budge from it!

And when younger son moved out my hubby got his studio. It was bigger because we figured that he would keep all his toys in it and play in there!

My "office" used to be our dining room. Part of my computer/desktop surface was our dining room table. Both our daughter's bedrooms became Lynne's TWO offices.

Of course, my workbench out in the garage has my old desk chair at it, so it could be considered more office space.

I suppose you can make 'Ti' out of that tree !

My computer room is my daughter's old bedroom. Hubby has his own office waaay at the other end of the house. Works like a charm. Except his computer died and he is using mine until he orders a new one. Hence, I'm not on this site until after 10:00 AM, when I kick him out.

Oh well, Plum, it brought on an excellent cup of tea anyways! And I have you to thank! I think maybe my next cup will be my yerba mate! Since I've been sick my cup of tea has helped me though the day. Since I don't feel like eating, I have lost weight, even though I haven't been exercising. Not bad, not all bad.

I know this is going to sound awful but I'm sitting here listening to Josh Groban singing Christmas songs. I'm Buddhist but I love to hear Ave Maria and Amazing Grace. Oy gevalt, I'm even swearing in Yiddish! Now how cosmopolitan can one get?

Little wonder the weather here has attracted my attention. We have been experiencing winds of 100mph - according to the current weather reports.
The wind has died down within the last half-hour or so.

The window systems on the ground foor and upper floors (above old sheltered moi below ground level), have survived the bowing in. Thank heavens!

I am looking forward to some time off next week. I had 2 very busy weeks... working on H1N1 prevention. I did not say yes for vaccination next week. I cannot see myself in a room with crying children. My ears cannot stand it at all!
