What I liked was that back on page 1 or 2, someone wrote maEn at the start of their message (or Maen, or mAen, or maeN ... I forget) and it came up in blue with a link to a sudoku page that explained what the letters meant. But it hasn't come up that way since. Great idea tho Gath if you can organise it.

Glad to see you are OK Fiona. We have had a bit of wind last evening but not much, just drizzling rain now. I'm off out into it with dog.

My thoughts go out to all of you who have suffered from the ravages of the unusual weather over the past couple of days - UK, Europe, USA and those in the states of Australia which are suffering from extreme heat and bushfires. Take care and good luck.

Loza and Rola - OP4 means overall position 4. Every year 12 student who is OP eligible (ie: wants to get an OP) is given a ranking. One is the highest and I think 25 is the lowest. Others may be able to explain in more detail but I guess it's the same principle as TE and TEE's.

have been a bit busy the last few days with motel rooms being painted and lots of associated work to get them back in service. but they look great.

Loza - if you can get from Mildura to Ouyen in half an hour without getting booked, my hat's off to you. By my reckoning you'd have to do 200kms per hour!!

Good evening all. Too busy all day to log on until now (and busy,busy,busy at work this evening). Quick catch up, then off to bed because I'm back at work early in the morning.

fair point Judy - it was a wild guess from one who has only passed that way but once. Just in my mind I bracket the two together!
Now I come to think of it I think we stayed the night in Ouyen, then drove to Mildura the next morning arriving ~~ lunchtime?? after a long stop at the Hattah Lakes (2 small children being in tow)...
