Kathy we start painting tomorrow. The kitchen has to be done before the floor and cabinets are in. The bathroom likewise. There are 2 bedrooms waitingthen there will be 2 moe plus the ensuite. Eventually the dining room and salon.
In the midst of this I went to the dog pound. The result of that visit will be available to be viewed in my gallery in about 15 minutes.

He is about 7 or 8 years old has poodle and they think Schitzu in him. When he went to the vet to be castrated, hopefully this will calm his wanderlust, they More...

Keith, yes, I'm using the lightweight spackle. It's the first time I've tried it, and it's great!

Yikes! Heck of a picture.
Spent the morning at a funeral of a great man taken much too soon, so now I've got that empty drained feeling that comes afterward ... but there was some good story-telling and shared memories that helped to ease everyone's grief. So ... hug someone you love today.

Going to be busy in the next little while so I'll say goodbye now. Have to leave work on time as the boys are picking me up on the way to the airport to drop Mr P off as he makes his way to Boston and then Amsterdam - catch you later!

Betty, it is a beautiful story about Dexter, and before him, Chico. They are incredible dogs. I wish you all the best in your fund-raising efforts.

Thanks, Colo Jim! Brought back memories from that era. I loved the music and the message before I was even a teen. It is all definitely quickening now.

Winston Churchill held up the "V" sign with his palm turned toward himself.

Peaceniks reversed that with the palm outwards.

They are not the same at all. In fact, one is a satiric commentary on the other.
