Completely disorienting me!!! Well, that not saying much. There's a lot that can do that to me. Like my student who can do 180 multiplication facts in 3 minutes. And the others competing with him with scores like 156, 176, 118 and so on. I just started teaching multiplication about December. When I say, "Learn your facts!" They respond, "How fast?"

I'm not boasting. I wish I could say it was my teaching but it's really my students. All I have to do is whisper, it's really not your grade level but . . . Suddenly their ears perk up. They love a good conspiracy!
